Friday was sure a night of debauchery!
It was actually Missy and Nat's housewarming party. (which PS their apartment is amazing. I want to move there. I'm offically looking for a roomate because I believe the one bedrooms there are quite expensive. They have a washer/dryer, a patio, HUGE living room, and their own bathrooms.)

After we were sufficiently marinated someone thought it would be a grand idea to go swimming in the community pool. Apparently it closes @ 9 but they have a key. We got down there and found out that we weren't the only ones with the idea. Hillary and I ( and some random dude) decide we're going to go in the hot tub. Mind you sober Kristen would never take her pants off and just jump into a hot tub - but drunk Kristen would and did. The random guy kept trying to show us his junk. He had a cute butt but a small peen.

After the hot tub we were going to go in the pool but I realized how freezing I was even though it was wicked hot out. Before we went back into the apt I took my sweater off I put my sweatshirt on. The random douchey guy kept telling me the sweater looked nice on me while it was wet. Nice line dude.

Someone decided it would be really fun to play Spin the Bottle. I remember playing it when I was a kid and ONLY wanting to kiss the boy I liked. This time it was a free for all. I got the douchey guy and he damn near choked me and stuck his tongue down my throat. I immediately felt the need to be checked for herpes. Kissed the dude who looked like Harry Potter and my best friends fiance. All in good fun.

I actually thought the spontaneity in me was gone after talking about all the random stuff I did in college last week to a friend - but it's back and it wants to come out an play.

I was really drunk. So we all chillaxed and I left finally around 4, went home, took a shower, tried watching the first ep of Dead Like Me season 2 but fell asleep

You know when you go to bed still drunk how hard it is to stay asleep. I really want to know the science of this. Is it because the alcohol is so active in your stomach and it keeps waking you up? Mom and Roger called me @ 830 am asking me to put the filter on the pool on. Much to my sleepyness I got up and went out and practically gagged because it was so fucking hot out already. Went in back to bed for like an hour before Robyn called me.

Went for breakfast with Hill Robyn and john. Still can't believe what I ate. Totally got a big bacon omelette and I COVERED it with tabasco. WHY? I didn't get sick and I actually enjoyed it quite much but I felt sick for the rest of the day.

Saw Superbad which was really funny but not funnier than Knocked Up. The whole period stain thing was kind of disgusting, but it was mostly hilarious. McLovin was the best dude in that movie, followed by Evan (played by George Michael Bluth aka Michael Cera who I am in love with offically) and Jonah Hill who was kind of my hero who actually wasn't that spectacular in the film. Despite how much he looks like Robby :)

Relaxed mostly all day sunday and went to Cheesecake Fac with Annie. Got pasta and felt really bad about it. But it was fucking amazing.

I really need to buckle down with the diet again. I was doing so good until that pizza last week. Then last night I ate ice cream after my walk and while it was really good I felt such hate towards myself after. I'm going to get a yummy salad for lunch for reals.

My power outlet in my car broke so I have been without ipod connection in my car for like 4 days and I think it's crushing my morale. Do you realize how AWFUL the radio really is??? Like it's not so bad when I leave work because I kind of enjoy listening to Toucher and Rich on WBCN because they are funny. But in the morning it's torture! It took me roughly 25 minutes to get to work today and I heard that fucking Fergie song twice and a Pink song that sucked also twice. The rest was stupid talk. I have to go to Honda to see how much the replacement is but I need to do it soon.

Getting actually really nervous about Vegas. My first trade show and it's for our biggest client! Yesterday my boss was like I hate telling people what do and boss people around but you REALLY have to do your research and know your stuff.. The client will pretty much be over my shoulder the whole time. Like for real this may dictate how and when I go to any other trade shows. Just got butterflies thinking about it.

Rents are going camping this weekend so I'm super stoked to have the place to myself. Hoping to have a get together of some sort to drown my sorrows over the end of the summer.

I beat my first song on hard on Guitar Hero. Watch out now.

Put tonight in the record books.
Not only did I jump into a hot tub with random people half naked but I also played spin the bottle.

Ok so the new celebrity hot-spot in the area is totally the new Cheesecake Factory in Braintree.

About 3 weeks ago Steve Carrell was in by himself and he had a pulled pork sandwich and diet coke (per my good gossip getting BF). Last weekend Mr David Fucking Beckham was in!! YES! David Beckham sans his alien-esque wife. Didn't give a fabulous tip but was also bothered by FOX 25 during after this meal.

Then a few days ago for the second time JoJo and her boyfriend Freddy Adu (soccer player) were in eating dinner. From what I heard she is very sweet and really skinny.

When's Nicole Richie and Joel Madden coming in?! Such an untapped resource.

PS I totally beat Guitar Hero on medium! I'm that much closer to be in the Rock Band.

Told my boss about the whole CC debacle today to see what she thought. She's going to bring it up to Joe the building manager to see what he thinks. She def thinks it's mighty shady.

What's not mighty shady is my love for High School Musical 2! I'm not sure why we enjoyed it so much. Maybe it was Zac's "Bet on it" sequence, or Sharpays fabulousness. Or wait maybe the fact that we rewinded the baseball scene twice. You know I have no shame about it either. How often do you watch something just for the pure cheese of it, something you don't have to analyse (even though we totally did) and just have fun with. Drink of choice was boxed Sangria by Franzia. Yum.

Saturday I lounged, did laundry, washed and cleaned my car top to bottom, made chili, went to Best Buy for my much needed memory card and also bought the new Rooney album which I love. I also watered the flowers cleaned the pool and organized some of my junk. The most exciting part of my day though was finally breaking into medium on Guitar Hero. I finally see how John can sit there all day and just keep playing. I played for four hours! FOURR HOURS. Now that I can save my game I have become that more competitive. Last night I made it till the end and I ONLY have to finish Freebird which I was able to make it 86% the way through before failing. I think I am going to try it on practice mode later. Maybe Friday because I serioulsy can not get in GH time during the week.

Don't know if I mentioned this last week but I totally sprained my right ankle last Wednesday night pre CC freak out. I am proud to say that I was not drunk this time (per last summers LEFT ankle fracture) but I was actually quite the opposite. I was kicking some serious booty in my aerobics class. Five classes in with this lady and I am getting good with all the little sequences. I finally think I got it all down and I go to make my little over the top do hickey and down I go. My right foot - half on the ground half on the step kind of gets mashed over and snap. Same feeling as last summer but less fuzzy. I'm brave and I usually try to ingore pain so I get up and keep truckin. Later that night I have a particular case of cankles on that one ankle - so yeah not fun. I'm skipping gym tonight but I'll try tomorrow night.

PS thanksssss L Brown for the new Rilo Kiley album!
Wooo!

And the credit card saga contines...

So I lost (or so I thought) my credit card two weeks ago. I look in my wallet and I see my BOA CC is missing and my debit card is in place of it. Weird because I would never do that. Figuring I dropped it somewhere I thought nothing of it. When I went to cancel it I saw that it was used @ Burger King. Classy theives they are.

Got a new card.

Fast forward to Tuesday of this week. I am at CVS paying and I notice that my business CC is in the place of my NEW Bank of America CC and it is once again missing. FUCKED UP YES??

So I go home later to cancel it because I needed the # on the card (didn't know it off the top of my head seeing as I had it for oh 3 days) and the person who stole it has used it @ Friendly's, Wendys, Michelles Ice Cream and Sandwiches in Weymouth and one other place (I'm assuming it's a food place cause clearly these people are fat-asses) - over $ 70 worth in charges. You have got to be fucking kidding me really!? So I'm on the phone with BOA for over an hour just to get it cancelled and talk to the fraud people.

Thing is it that I had it when I went to lunch that day and 4 hours or so later it's gone?! The ONLY time my wallet wasn't with me is when I either a. went to the bathroom or B. checked the mail, which leads me to believe that it's someone in my office building. Someone in my office building who thinks I am clearly a fucking idiot and a fool so they like to switch up the arrangement in my wallet.

I am 99% sure it is the same person as before. But really what I am wondering is WHY my CC. I have a debit card, a american express business card, cell phone, ipod, Marc Jacobs glasses, and Coach bag/wallet/change holder etc etc in my purse - WHY just the credit card.

Cancelled the card obvs but now I have to lock my bag up in my file cabinet and if I leave my office even for 2 minutes I lock the door. Really I have never had anything stolen from me and then I get my credit card stolen twice - IN SCITUATE?

Totally and utterly fucked.

ANYYWAYS.
Took myself on a little shopping excursion last night because of my feeling shitty-ness and went nutso @ Old Navy. They still have that AMAZING sale!!! And the fall stuff doesn't look as hideous as it usually does. I got 4 shirts, a pair of pants and a shrug for $60! I also went to Victorias Secret and bought my favorite Bra in black. Dear VS - Please don't get rid of DD's again :) I don't want to have to go to lady Grace. A new bra can make anyone feel like a new woman.

High School Musical 2 Party tonight!! We always have a themed drink and now that Zac Efron is babe of the year we're debating calling it the Zac-Tail or the Efrontini. Tentatively it's going to be store bought Sangria with Peach Seltzer. We're nerddds.

Who knew iTunes had a radio!
I really had no idea until today!
Got to say I really love it.

Alt X Radio is my fav.
Also on my listening roster these days are Lauren's Podcasts! Very cool! Everyone knows she has an awesome music tastes and now she's taking it to the airwaves. Todays Flashback Podcast was my favorite!! Kudos LB. Anyone wants to hear the awesomeness leave me a message and I'll pass them on to you.

Booked half of the cruise today. I feel like a weight has lifted! Pat, Robyn and I booked a room together which made it cheaper = more awesomeee. Should be really fun as long as those crazy kids don't call the wedding off (please guys don't). I kid i kid.

Now all I need to do is save some money and look fabulous in my dress and it's all good.

Last Friday Pat and I went to a Grateful Dead tribute show @ Harper's Ferry. Serioulsy I knew ONE GD song and just kind of bounced around. At the end they played a cover of Hey Jude which was awesome and the only song I could sing along to (Pat assured me they don't do covers of their popular songs). We got sufficiently drunk which was fun and awesome because Pat was totally dancing his face off. Lots of funny people dressed in tie dye which is always cool.

Was superrrr hung over Saturday morning and in a whim bought PlayStation 2 ONLY so I could finally join the Guitar Hero club. I bought a used Playstation 2 and it's soooo much smaller than the one I used to have before someone kept it thinking it was theirs Aurora ahem. Played it for like 2 hours until my headache came back and then lounged. I'll be a Guitar Hero before long!!

It's good to know that I give off the right impression. Yesterday we were talking about a clients Spring 2008 line and that they really want to go into the fashion direction rather than an outdoor thing. So my boss was like I'm going to put you in charge of the fashion/music angle for them because that's what I see you being really good at. Me really!? Fashion. I guess I do have an eye for fashion. Not that you would tell it from how I DRESS ha but I sure do have a love for it. So yeah hopefully if I do good with this client they'll be my own someday.

I am completely crazy in love with New Found Glory's cover of "Iris" by the Goo Goo Dolls for their From the Screen to Your Stereo Part II. Someone sings the chorus with Jordan but I can't put my finger on who it is. Not an NFG member.
I want to put it on my ipod badly but it's not on iTunes. While I was listening @ New Found Glory's Myspace I also ran across another song I have never heard called Situations. Another great song, but not a cover just a B-Side that was thrown off Catalyst I believe (or I'd like to believe) I can't listen to that monstrousity that came from Coming Home. I think it may have gone up the list as my favorite NFG song.

Enough of my rambling.

Ugh I can't stop listening to The Con by Tegan and Sara.
Amazing.

So let's just say this week has been stressful. Last friday we picked out our bridesmaid dresses.
This is the one we chose. In that color (tealness) and the sash that goes around the middle is going to be ivory to match Hillarys dress and her sash will be teal to match ours. Actually very cute. But getting fitted for it was kind of miserable. So needless to say I'm on the South Beach Diet probably more hardcore than I have ever been before. I want to lose like 30-40 pounds before Dec and I'm determined this time. I will have to look @ these photos for the rest of my life. I'm stressing out so much I feel like it's MY wedding. The dress also comes with straps so I might have them put on as well. Depends how it looks on me when it comes in in October. I started Monday and I have already lost 4 pounds. I'm doing quite good. I'm not even having the allotted snacks your allowed to have (sugar free fudgesickles). I've been living on salads and grilled chicken but I like it. It's not so bad.

Movinggg on. I've been trying to save money so much and I find out tomorrow i have to go get my car fixed. Now I would rather not get it fixed (has something to do with my ac that I have gotten fixed TWICE this summer and still kind of sucks but blows out cold). I paid $180 and I understand the principle of paying for something and not getting anything out of it but really if something is broken and it's going to cost over $150 I am not going to bother. Luckily it's the mechanic I'm really good friends with so he won't try to fuck me over. I also have a tire problem stemming from last May when I ran over a key in the Stop and Shop parking lot and it seems to have a slow leak. And I need my 2008 sticker also. My oil light has been going on quite often as well but I got a letter of recall from Honda regarding something of that sort so they should be able to do it for free.

I also have to book the cruise asap and I found out that if we book with 3 people that it will only be around $372 a person which is AWESOME. I keep hearing that your pretty much NEVER in your room on cruises anyways so I'm sure Robyn, Pat and I rooming together won't be a huge deal. Still feeling really apprehensive about going on the cruise but I'm sure I'll get over it. Like Jess said so elequently FUCK LAND.

Ari totally name dropped PowerBar on Entourage this past Sunday. I just watched it last night but I can't wait to talk about it Monday with the team. Yes I am a huge fucking nerd.

So I have finished Harry Potter. And Pat didn't give it away as much as he could.

I thought it was fantastic! Perfect ending! I'm not upset that none of the three main characters died. I'm glad they all lived. That book was full of such comradery that I would be heart broken if Ron, Hermione, or Harry died. Neville for the motherfucking win BTW.

I loved the epilogue also. It was all a little to convienent. But nonetheless great and I cryed.
What do I read now? Oh yeah the 90 books I have been putting off because of HP.
